My father saw Dr Jessica Lam on 4/29/22 and had a terrible experience. Dr Jessica Lam was extremely rude to him. Dr. Jessica Lam said that my father did not do the X-rays (which he did) even though the machine produced zero photos. She also stated that without any x-rays, there cannot be any teeth cleaning, despite my father doing x-rays one year ago. She also stated he had to do deep cleaning, not regular cleaning.
