Dr. Pollard was recommended to me when I moved to Greenville, SC in 2014. Dr. Pollard is very pleasant, thorough, listens intently and does not rush when you are with her. Wait time for visit is no longer than 15 minutes. This is such a bonus compared to NY where you would have to take the day off for a Dr.'s visit. During subsequent Dr. visit she always follows up on my progress with physical therapy, my allergies and other issues. I've been seeing Dr. Pollard for about three months. I am hypothyroid and have hashimoto's. We are still trying to get the medication dosage worked out. When I have specifically asked for her to do a full thyroid panel (instead of just a tsh number) she has complied. I wish she would not make me ask, though, and automatically do a full work up, especially while we are trying to get my hypothyroidism under control.
