I’ve never had to see a specialist before but the second I walked in for a check up, I felt immediately at ease. She’s extremely no nonsense and has the best aura of confidence- I immediately felt safe- no wishy washiness pr anything. Her staff was incredible- from surgery questions and billing, I felt so well cared for and NEVER like a number. Every one is very welcoming and reassuring. I did get there 15 mins early and was there for a total of 2 hours. But I get in a month earlier than when I was supposed to so hard to complain. Would recommend.
Was a very nice experience to get treated by a Doctor that seem to cares about your current condition. Dr Kepchar was attentive and took her time doing some checks and immediately discovered an infection and some others issues inside ny nose that are causing me discomfort. She then explained me her opinion and game plan. She ordered some meds for my infection and ordered a CT scan immediately. Scheduled a second visit follow up right away. I felt an inner peace.
