I love this Dr. She reads out loud what she is typing so your not left in the dark because she believes that it is your chart and should know what is going into it.

I chose Dr. Roberts as my PCP. I came from a Kaiser system and was truly unfamiliar with John Muir Health. I couldn’t get a new patient appointment with her until 4 months later. I was experiencing some serious medical symptoms so I went to Urgent care. They performed an MRI and told me to follow up with my PCP for further interpretation. I emailed Dr. Roberts’ to discuss option. She literally said, I can’t do anything for you until our appointment in 4 months and signed off “Warmly, Dr. Roberts”.
