Dr. Au is great! She’s been really thorough in diagnosing & treating my back pain. She has explained everything thoroughly and been positive throughout working with her.
I saw her today she is calm, thorough, very knowledgeable and a good listener. She took time out to explain my condition and gave me options for treatment. I would def recommend her.
Dr. Au and her staff are absolutely beautiful. Amazing. They go above and beyond to treat you like a FRIEND, NOT a patient. They take such good care of me, they listen, smile, greet, make you feel at ease and are just overall wonderful. I highly recommend.
Dr Jessica Au is absolutely amazing!!. She is brilliant ! Her receptionist (a young woman) on another hand is very cold and robotic . There is no way to talk to Dr Au without going through the receptionist even if one has an emergency as in my case. The receptionist did not care much of my urgent issue and was dismissive , very uncaring and cold rescheduling my phone conversation to a week over when I asked for just a very brief interaction because I had an emergency and I could not get an email for a doctor either.
