** Update ** After I posted the review below, they sent me a certified letter saying they would no longer be able to provide me with vision services... So the old: "You're not breaking up with me, I'm breaking up with you..!!" Well good for you Kennedy Vision. It's alway better to get rid of nosey customers that question the services you provide than to try to address those tough billing & poor service questions.
