Unprofessional and Inconsiderate! They open at 830am, my appointment was at 9am. I get there 845am doors locked no one there. Someone finally gets there at 9 to let me inside. At 910am she tells me the dentist just called and he won’t get there for another 45minutes! So I have wasted an hour of driving time, tolls and gas to be EARLY to my appointment. Because they ask you to be early, But this business cant do the same.
Dr. Rivas and staff recently completed an implant for me. Team did a great job with the explaining the process, impression, and installing the new the crown. 5-STARS for DR. RIVAS and STAFF!!
Have been a patient for several years and can't say enough about how much I love Dr. Rivas and his staff. They are all very professional and extremely pleasant. Another big plus (for me anyway) is the low staff turnover. Everyone always seems happy to be there and that feeling always extends to the patient.
