Worst experience I have ever had with a provider. I have been having extreme fatigue symptoms for years and he said “I don’t believe your symptoms are real”. He was not helpful in the slightest. Avoid at all costs.
Dr Mindel and his staff do an excellent job managing my sleep apnea. Always very attentive. Dr Mindel and Lauren Segrist answer all of my questions.
Ignored anything I said completely. Said I was a good candidate for a HypoGlossal Stimulator (w the slight chance of never being able to swallow on my own again) when my BMI ruled me out entirely. He treated me with contempt. He's a creep.
Made you do a useless survey every time and prescribed the same medicine afterwards. Often late for the appointment. No help with the root causes. No long term improvement at all. My appointment requested me arriving by 2:15 today but here i am after 35 minutes still waiting. One rep told me I can cancel the appointment if the doctor runs too late. And after 30 minutes of waiting i called in, I was told i cannot cancel it. I NEED to run for another appintment scheduled long time ago now
No respect for patients time.
