Dr. Arellano has been my Dr. for many years. I totally trust him. He explains all medications to me. If I ever have a problem he treats it with the most up to date meds. Also he answers all my questions. I love all the staff.

I was bum rushed out of exam room with questions remaining. He said he would not talk to me about it! Wow! I left feeling horrible, still do.
Dr Arellano was our dr for 18 years and the beat dr ever,We have moved and we miss him and his staff alot.He is such a caring man,and a wonderful Dr.We wish we could find a dr in this area as good as him.We might just have to make the drive.Shelly and April Knauer-Ramirez

I was put on hold 3 times for more than 30 minutes in two days 5/31 and 6/1. Then left a message, they said they will have the nurse to return my call, which they never did. Santa Maria is a very difficult place to find a doctor. I called more than 20 doctors, nobody accepts new patient. What should a person do in this town with no doctor to go to ???

The biggest problem with this doctor is his staff. They are completely incompetent!! They never, NEVER respond to a prescription request from the pharmacy unless you call them at least 3 times to remind them to do their job. They can't get your appointment times right. You can't get an appointment for weeks or even months, FORGET about an emergency appointment. I have gone through 3 doctors there, they keep leaving, maybe they can't handle the incompetence either!!
