I highly recommend Dr. Jessa. I have been seeing her for years, and I feel very fortunate to have her as my dentist. Dr. Jessa's dental techniques are genius. She takes great care to ensure that my teeth are in good condition. I previously decided to have a tooth pulled and her resolution for filling the space left was marvelous. I just want to be clear that this is not a review for Dr Jessa who is great but the admin staff. For almost every time I visited the dentist there were issues for them to sort out benefits, and make a claim to the benefits provider. As well, the demeanour of the reception was robotic verging on rude at times. I am grateful for the wonderful hygienists I got to know, and for Dr Jessa’s expertise as well. But my last interaction with the admin prompted me to write this less than stellar review.
I highly recommend Dr.Jessa, her whole office are the best! I used to be afraid of going to the dentist and had put it off for years but now I look forward to any time I have an appointment here. The staff here always give such great advice and make sure you are aware of what to expect in a procedure. Dr. Jessa is super professional as-well, thank you so much!
