I just want to be clear that this is not a review for Dr Jessa who is great but the admin staff. For almost every time I visited the dentist there were issues for them to sort out benefits, and make a claim to the benefits provider. As well, the demeanour of the reception was robotic verging on rude at times. I am grateful for the wonderful hygienists I got to know, and for Dr Jessa’s expertise as well. But my last interaction with the admin prompted me to write this less than stellar review.
I highly recommend Dr.Jessa, her whole office are the best! I used to be afraid of going to the dentist and had put it off for years but now I look forward to any time I have an appointment here. The staff here always give such great advice and make sure you are aware of what to expect in a procedure. Dr. Jessa is super professional as-well, thank you so much!
I am a loyal patient, and highly recommend Dr. Jessa. I trust her and her staff. She is a genius with dentistry. Everyone is so friendly and informative. Had to have a lot of her work redone
My husband and I, have been visiting Dr. Jessa’s office for our dental care for many years. We are extremely happy with the level of care and service in the office! Dr. Jessa is a caring, experienced dentist, who takes the time to explain everything to us, in a professional and kind manner. She has a wonderful team of dental staff who make our visits enjoyable.
