The lady at the front desk it's awful I called in to find out if my husband's insurance is still active as they can check and it is faster than calling the insurance she said it's not active anymore and I told her I still get prescriptions covered. Isn't that weird ? and she started yelling at me asking me if there's something wrong with me if I didn't just hear what she said I told her to stop yelling at me. She started to call me names.
