The customer service was not good. The manager has a terrible attitude. She is immediately defensive if you have any complaint. Very short and rude. The glasses are terribly expensive and for what you pay you should at least get good customer service. When I showed up to pick up my glasses, they didn’t even check to see if they fit properly. I would absolutely never suggest anyone going to this place

I am a past patient of West Bend Optical and didn't know they closed or that my records transferred to Advanced Focus. I called Advanced Focus to get my prescriptions and they were incredibly kind and helpful. While I was originally going to order my contacts from Walgreens or Walmart, Advanced Focus had a better price and even found me a rebate and a discount. I'm VERY thankful I called today!
I had the best experience with both the doctors and staff at Advanced Focus. Dr. Paul was fantastic with my finicky contact prescription and helped me chose the right lenses for my glasses. He was professional, thorough and funny (which I always appreciate). When I chose new glasses, the whole staff was impressively kind, patient and helpful.
