Thanks to Dr. Bardenwerper and Melissa. I was struggling with a new prescription, and they took the time to recheck my eyes and also my glasses to make sure that everything was correct. They were so patient and helpful, thanks so much!

The customer service was not good. The manager has a terrible attitude. She is immediately defensive if you have any complaint. Very short and rude. The glasses are terribly expensive and for what you pay you should at least get good customer service. When I showed up to pick up my glasses, they didn’t even check to see if they fit properly. I would absolutely never suggest anyone going to this place
