The office is managed incredibly poorly. For every appointment I have ever had, the wait is at least 30 minutes past appointment time. The crowded waiting room is filled with people all complaining about the long wait. After finally being called back, the patient then waits in a second waiting room for up to an hour. This is not a one time occurrence on a particularly busy day; this is every single appointment I have ever had. I have come to expect to spend three + hours for an appointment that takes 30 minutes at most.
