I have been Doctor Hsiao's patient for many years. Wonderful doctor, who always goes over and above for his patients. He has telephoned me at 9 pm to make sure I was well looked after; more than once ! I just wish every doctor was like Doctor Hsiao. Incredibly knowledgable; thoughtful & kind; and always goes over and above. A true doctor with heart. If I could give 100 stars I would for this kind and thoughtful man.
Terrible experience. Sent me for blood work and prescribed me medications. Told me I'm anemic and I may need a transfusion. Asks me to send X-rays and do blood work. Did everything he asked and never got a response. Called three times and never heard back until the third time. Telling me he's not accepting new patients but why the first initial visit. Do not waste your time. Go elsewhere. He clearly doesn't care about patients and their well-being. If I could give zero stars I would !!!
Make sure you triple confirm your appointment. Got a call saying to come in the following day at 2:30pm for my emergency appointment. Drove 75km but different receptions said it was the following week for my emergency appointment. She confirmed that day it was the following day. Time to get a doctors office who actually cares. Complaints are in order!
Second time they messed up our appointment. My partner is 55 and its a struggle to get cholesterol, blood pressure meds or even an appointment for an emergency. Schedule us for today and they say oh it’s next week after I confirmed and she said see you tomorrow. He don’t care about his patients. My husband was bleeding after surgery and the doctor said don’t worry. Went to the hospital and went back into surgery. Time to get in touch with the medical board!
