I first saw Dr Hollingsworth approx 2 years ago. My insurance has no copay for office visits. Initial visit was $125 that I paid being unsure. They kept that balance for over a year. One other time the receptionist tried to charge $25 co pay, I told her no. As a HMO/EPO the PCP is paid through out the year, the office manager denied this. She also tried to charge for doing a precert on a medication. BEWARE! Dr Hollingsworth had prescribed Ozempic and Januvia for my diabetes. Dr Hollingsworth and staff are awesome! I had a question about my insurance that I was upset over. Brandi was able to help me understand in a calm professional way. Their practice is helpful and I am thankful for them.

Wish they would have said that they didn't take the medicaid when we made an appointment. Told them that we had united healthcare dual complete when we called. Never had a co-pay and was told we'd have to pay almost $70. Wasted time to go there only to find that out. My hubby (whom has cancer) could have gone to another doctor for help.
