Dr. George was very kind and took the time to clearly explain everything during my visit, which I truly appreciated. However, before seeing him, we were attended by another staff member (possibly a resident or Dr assistant), and unfortunately, her demeanor came across as rude toward my wife. I believe it’s important to share this feedback so that patient interactions remain respectful and professional throughout the entire visit.
