I always receive exceptional care when I visit Dr Best at NCH. Dr Best is a great listener and is never in a rush to answer all my questions. I am very fortunate I am under his care
Dr. Best is an absolute gem! He is, by far, the BEST Family Physician my husband and I have EVER had, here AND in New York! He spends time LISTENING carefully during our office visits and when we text on the NCH portal, he responds quickly! We feel blessed that he is in our lives!
I had had an excellent primary care physician who recently retired. I just had my first appointment with Dr Best. I could not be more satisfied. He spent 45 minutes with me. He was pleasant, patient, thoroughly knowledgeable. He had reviewed my medical history beforehand. He fully and clearly answered my many questions, diagnosed expertly a couple issues and ordered all appropriate labs and tests. I left with confidence that my new PCP was an excellent experienced doctor and person who sincerely cared about his patients!
