Called and tried to make an appointment, the person kept asking that I list Dr Copeland as my Primary Care Provider through my insurance, I told her I had not done it yet but would as soon as I got off the phone, she hung up on me and now no one answers the phone it just hangs up on me .. Not very helpful, guess I’ll have to look for another provider
Dr. Copeland really listens. She is compassionate, experienced, highly skilled and has excellent follow through. Given my experience, my husband became one of her patients several years ago, and we are both extremely happy with her.
Amazing, compassionate doctor. My mother had an issue that her current Surgeon refused to treat. Dr. Copeland stepped in, & prevented a serious infection. She called after hours in order to help her.
