Unprofessional! My new insurance assigned me Lopez as a PCP - maybe because otherwise no one would select him. I contacted his office asking for an appointment for the sole purpose of getting a referral to a chronic disease doctor I have been seeing every 6 months for 15 years. He didn't have an opening until end of May - 3 months after I needed the referral to see my regular doctor. Excellent doctor, takes time with you, very caring, also office staff are amazing, they are always on top of referrals , testing etc
Very un professional we have been trying to find a solution to my mother's behavior and mental state and today we were put in a position of protection where a establishment wanted to isolate a patient from family and proceeded to engage in confrontation with physicality and that is definitely unprofessional no one should have to step between a family member and a place where someone is seeking help to protect them from a certain situation or be demanded to leave when the family is the ones who called for help to find a solut... read more
