A very kind and caring man. I was angry/distraught at a scheduling error that I waited 1.5 hours to see him. He was so very considerate and did my testing even though it made him stay longer than he should have.
Terrible experiences. Dr. Lopez is invaribly one to one and a half hours late. Nice enough when you finally see him but no regard for anyone elses time. Impossible to reach by phone, five minutes of hold music then message that says "No one is available to take your call and try again". After calling the billing office numerous times with no answer I drove 30 minutes to the Doctors office to try and correct a billing mistake and the receptionist said it was none of their business and threw my EOBs in the trash. Dr Lopez was very nice and helpful however, I cannot give a good review b/c of the horrible scheduling and wait time. My first appointment at the Sherman office I was seen within a reasonable time period (15-20 mins) behind schedule which I feel is understandable but on the 2nd visit it was an hour and 1/2 past my appointment. I was upset about this b/c according to the staff this is normal??? I find that to be unreasonable and disrespectful of the patients time!
