On my first visit I was very pleased with the staff. I only had my teeth cleaned, etc. I got a small chip in my front tooth so I made an appointment with Dr. Tanner and I got it filled. That filing fell out in about six weeks so he refilled that tooth. The filling has now fallen out after two weeks, Dr Tanner is either a bad dentist, a lazy dentist or a careless dentist. I now have to find another place to go because I'm afraid to even go back with this small chip. I think it will just be a waste of my time.
My wife and I and my dad and stepmom were customers for years. All of a sudden, out of the blue my dad and stepmom who are retired get a letter stating that they were going to stop accepting one of the biggest insurances (United Healthcare) in the country. Since they can't afford out of pocket dental work they have to go somewhere else now. Fast forward a few months and my wife and I get a letter stating that they are now going to charge an almost 4% fee on debit and credit cards. Warning! Horrible front office and forget about getting help with an emergency. I had a crown break on Sunday night, Monday Dr. Tanners office is closed so i called first thing Tuesday morning. It felt like I had a razer blade in my mouth, The front desk gal told me she could get me in Wednesday afternoon. I explained how much in pain I was in and she could have cared less.
