My wife and I and my dad and stepmom were customers for years. All of a sudden, out of the blue my dad and stepmom who are retired get a letter stating that they were going to stop accepting one of the biggest insurances (United Healthcare) in the country. Since they can't afford out of pocket dental work they have to go somewhere else now. Warning! Horrible front office and forget about getting help with an emergency. I had a crown break on Sunday night, Monday Dr. Tanners office is closed so i called first thing Tuesday morning. It felt like I had a razer blade in my mouth, The front desk gal told me she could get me in Wednesday afternoon. I explained how much in pain I was in and she could have cared less.
