I think he's in Ormond Beach now. Did not address any of my issues just said come back & see how your doing. He said the medication I was hoping for doesn't help memory. No cure for dementia which I don't have. Didn't address any issues I needed help with. Will not be going back.
I am very impressed with Dr. Grimes. He is a no nonsense doctor and doesn't push something on you he doesn't think is necessary. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge. He answers my questions thoroughly and doesn't rush me out. Thanks!
Do yourself a favor and find an actual neurologist. I went to Dr. Grimes because I was dealing with extremely debilitating pain and all the other neurologists had at least a 4 month wait list. Long story short, the man didn’t even try to figure out what was causing my issues. He basically said “hmph, that sure is strange” and pushed me out the door. Weird experience from the git go. He wasn't referred to me I picked him because he was close by and took my insurance. I did read reviews posted by patients and should have paid attention. Was told it would be 3- months to get in as a new patient so made that appointment but later in the day received a phone call saying an appointment suddenly became available the next day.
