Horrible Doctor with horrible bedside manners. This Doctor does not explain what he’s going to do before sticking a rod in the patients eye! My mom had an eye appointment with an ophthalmologist 2 years ago and was told she had a new retina tear which he stated she had to go back to the Dr who had already performed her surgery for a retinal detachment 5 years ago. I've never had tlhe opportunity of experiencing bad bed side manner, nevermind added attitude and Rude, till i met Cuthbertson. Horrible! This review does not encompass the entire staff. There are amazing Drs and techs at this location.
Terrible rapport with patients. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
