Hallelujah, there is another Dr. In L.C. who does the shots in eyes. I've been to optomologists in Seattle, Spokane and no other Dr's shots hurt for hours after. Very happy to leave this hack. Not to mention, keep an eye on you're billing. I called my insurance for a charge he made. Insurance said get a refund for amount, or they would contact him. Three months later I received the refund, then, my next billing, how did that exact amoun added on!!!!!!!!!
I don't understand why Dr. Cuthbertson is getting bad reviews!!! He's an Amazing Dr. I've been seeing Him for over 2 years now!!! He is there to treat not to make friends!!! He answers any concerns you have if YOU ask and is very professional!!! Staff is also very courteous and professional!!! I think the only issue I have is with the ladies that give you your appointment it's like they are always in a bad mood!!! But other than that everyone else is very nice!!!
Horrible Doctor with horrible bedside manners. This Doctor does not explain what he’s going to do before sticking a rod in the patients eye! My mom had an eye appointment with an ophthalmologist 2 years ago and was told she had a new retina tear which he stated she had to go back to the Dr who had already performed her surgery for a retinal detachment 5 years ago. I've never had tlhe opportunity of experiencing bad bed side manner, nevermind added attitude and Rude, till i met Cuthbertson. Horrible! This review does not encompass the entire staff. There are amazing Drs and techs at this location.
Terrible rapport with patients. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
