I've been going to Dr. Crisp for five years, and I am beyond grateful to have him as my PCP. He's respectful, asks the right questions and doesn't make me feel rushed. He goes above and beyond to address my concerns which can be hard to find these days. Highly recommend.
Short wait time. Pleasant staff. Dr Crisp takes his time and listens, explains things very clearly. Provides great advice.
Office staff not so friendly. Someone needs to be hired to answer he phone only, every time I call I am placed on a 5 minute hold. Trying to schedule an urgent appointment is almost impossible unless you have been a long time patient, which is not right or fair. Everyone deserves the same treatment. I like Dr.Crisp that is the only reason I have not went to a new provider.
