If I could give zero stars I would. I had one visit here to get cleared for school in 2021. I paid my copayment, and now in 2023 they are trying to charge me again for the copayment I paid in 2021! I’ve called them several times, they say it’s been taken care of then I get another letter in the mail. If they can’t even get their billing together, are we supposed to trust them with our medical care? Also, the copayment was only $20! I have the proof in bank statements and they still can’t get it fixed.
Dr. La Motte is a proactive doctor that looks at the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and chronic disease. He looks for the root cause of illness instead of just treating the symptoms. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.
I have a complicated case that has taken years to figure out. The team in the Mission Viejo office has always been wonderful to me. They research and are honest if they don't know the answer. They have no issues with referrals, since they are smart enough to know that they don't know everything. They understand that people don't all fit into perfect medical boxes! I seriously love Rakhi and Jenni!!!
Dr. La Motte was very patient, understanding, and listened to my needs. I highly recommend him!
There was a water break at the San Clemente office and the MV was very accommodating to get me rescheduled in MV to be seen.
I am a doctor of chiropractic. I found Dr. La Motte to be very thorough, clear, professional and informative. I was extremely grateful for the time his spent looking over my many labs and have recommended him without hesitation to patients and family members.
I came in with severe laryngitis and symptoms of a virus like a cold. I could not speak and I requested no transcriptionist in the room even though she's a sweet girl...I lost, chauvinistic. He doesn’t know what I have, so he puts me on antibiotics. Cbc says I have no infection. It took me 5 phonecalls to get this guy to explain the results. I threatened to go to medical board so he finally calls me at 7pm. Says I could still have an infection....then why did he order a CBC?! That's illogical!
