I have never been mistreated this way by a physician, his team, or his staff. My six-month follow-up was rescheduled twice. Test results were not explained to me until I called multiple times. His staff received my eye exams records multiple times and lost them. Update: I had my pituitary cyst out in July 2022 at Mayo Clinic. Absolutely wonderful experience with the surgeon, residents as well as all support staff. The office and hospital staff is very friendly and organized, would totally recommend them to anyone. Made my medical issue less stressful and all the staff is very compassionate and caring. I'd give them a 10++ i.could. Great job.
