Gloria the PA here is absolutely worthless at her job . She doesn’t know what she’s doing, she condescends to patients, and she rushes people out. It’s clear that she’s SOLELY there to make a paycheck. Her care is an absolute joke, and her bed side attitude is one of a 15 year old with an attitude. She prescribed my friend allergy meds for an ear infection, and talked down to her on every occasion she’s been there. I would never, in a million years suggest anyone to go to your office. Dr.Gums and his team are the definition of compassionate care. He, Gloria (his PA) and his wonderful nurses truly listen to my needs and ask great follow-up questions to get to the root of the problem. Over the past few years, I have had some really diverse medical needs, to which, they immediately remedied with sympathy, expertise, and upmost compassion.
