This was only my second visit since 2024. The reception and processing staff was friendly and so helpful. Dr Giles showed true concern during our visit on March 3. So happy Texoma ENT and Allergy is in our community.
I am very happy with the first meeting and the surgery went great on my tongue and it healed well. I wasn't happy about spending 45 minutes waiting for the Dr on my second visit. I assume he was doing surgery on someone else. They could have sent his nurse to see me and I would have been happy, instead of waiting for so long. If I need another ENT I will definitely go back.
