Dr. Giles is very thorough and always has a pleasant bedside manner.
I have really enjoyed working with Dr. Giles with my ear and sinus problems. He suggested a surgery and did not push it on me. I have decided to go ahead with the surgery and will have it next month. He always takes his time with me and makes sure all my questions are answered.
Dr. Giles is great, he performed my tonsillectomy the days before Christmas. I am also seeing him for hearing loss issues, so being able to see one doctor for two different issues is definitely an added bonus!
Being my first time there, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Staff were very professional. Dr Giles explained procedure in detail. Very satisfied with visit. Only concern was wait time, but I had prepared for that.
Professional, seemed to be a real medical person; I mean one who obviously loves it and still does. It's really nice to see that. I know he knows how to diagnose, he seems sharp and will r/o or r/in. I like that. He is pro active. I truly need that now,
