Dr. Smith was exceptional during my consult and procedure. She deserves 5 stars!!!! The staff could improve their patient service skills. I specifically asked to see Dr. Smith for my consult, but when I arrived, they insisted that I see the ARNP instead because Dr. Smith was running behind. They didn't ASK me. When I told them I intended to see Dr. Smith and I didn't mind waiting, they became obviously irritated. That's the reason for my 3 star rating.
I’ve had two procedures done by Dr. Smith. She was very thorough, professional, and pleasant. She met with me after each procedure and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend her.
Dr Smith breaks protocol and hippa!! She did not come out and talk to the family after surgery. I had to call the house supervisor to get her to come back to talk to the family. Dr Smith left a message about patient info on an unidentified answering machine!! This will be dealt with on a state level.. Dr Smith will learn what a hippa violation is and she will never break protocol again about speaking directly to the family after surgery! Absolutely, love Dr. Smith! She has an outstanding bedside manner and vast knowledge. She is so patient and spending adequate amount of time, never pushes you out the door. Some Dr's is like cattle herding. There always seems to be a communication issue with the front office. It eventually, gets worked out. Just hate to have to call back for issues. However, I find this issue at MOST Dr offices.
Dr. Jenny Smith is a knowledgeable and excellent doctor in her field of gastroenterologist. Everyone was professional and kind.
