Dr Olivo is the best physician I've had so far. She is so kind, and care so much about you. She used to be at Valora Medical Group located in Pioneer Pkwy, in Arlington, but she is not there anymore and nobody can tell me where she is right now. I miss Dr Olivo, she is great.

She happened to be at the Urgent Care facility I went to last week. She was kind, professional and made me feel at ease. She invited my daughter in to explain to her ! I was so impressed that I tried to schedule my follow up appointment with her at her office. Then I found out she was from DFW area, so disappointed! I was ready to change my GP. Then I went back to scheduling issues at my GP that caused me to use the ER in Rosenberg, Texas! My daughter and I were both impressed with Dr. O.
Awful receptionists, awful wait times and hold times on the phone, awful experience trying to get in touch with any nurse or doctor. Callbacks, as promised, never actually get made.
Dr. Olivo always gives you her undivided attention and never leaves you with questions. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
