Excellent staff, very friendly, respectful and Dr. Duke was fantastic all throughout my app getting an I.U.D removed and new insert. Couldn't of asked for a better place and staff!
If you have other options, take them. I tried so many times to explain to her what I was going through and she brushed it off every time as if it was nothing.
I am a new patient of Dr. Duke and had my first appointment today. I felt welcome instantly and there were no wrong questions. The entire staff is very patient and helpful. I’m very grateful for the experience today.
My experience with this clinic was negatively impacted by the receptionist’s behavior. She was unwelcoming, dismissive, and demonstrated a lack of professionalism in her communication. It was clear she had little interest in providing quality service or supporting patients, which is especially disappointing in a healthcare setting. A more courteous and respectful approach would go a long way in improving the patient experience at this clinic
