This doctor is not very nice and needs to be more sensitive and careful of people’s feelings. She laughed when I made a suggestion of a possible heart monitor for my daughter to determine if she has a familial arrhythmia, and she made my daughter cry for invalidating her and making her feel stupid when she asked questions about her condition. Doctor needs to be more mindful of how she comes across and improve ‘bedside manner’.
