I would not recommend Dr. Toro, especially for high-risk patients. In my experience, she was unprepared for my appointment, had not reviewed my medical records, could not explain my results, and failed to respond to multiple messages. High-risk patients deserve a doctor who is attentive, knowledgeable, and takes their concerns seriously.
Dr. Toro is great.
My appointment was on time and my experience was very positive with both the NP and Dr. Toro-Galarza.
My husband and I have been patients with Dr. Toro G. for many, many years and never been disappointed.
