This was my first time going to Eye Rx in Stone Ridge and I had such an amazing experience! Everyone at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and helpful. During my visit with Dr. Jennifer Sun she was very compassionate and attentive when listening and addressing my concerns. She made sure to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable during the exam itself. I left feeling so much better just knowing I was in such great hands. I will absolutely be going back to Eye Rx in Stone Ridge in the future!
Dr. Sun was great. As a former optometrist myself with 40 years of experience in the field, she provided top notch care, has an excellent chair-side manner, and her staff is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back next year.
Great experience. Front desk staff were welcoming and proficient. What really stood out was their patient-centered approach. Dr. Sun listened carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my vision care plan. Highly recommend!
Dr Sun is amazing!! She’s the first optometrist I felt really looked at my overall well being and never slapped an unnecessary prescription or bandaid over an issue like I’d been treated elsewhere. Dr. Sun was amazing. We had some complex fitting issues and she was a real pro! Her staff was perfect. So helpful and not overly salesy. Strong YES!
