I would have given less then one star to united health care if I could for two weeks customer service has lied about paying the hospital bills for my father and lied about his rehab so he could get the care he needs we had to pay out of pocket for him. Very rude man. They hung up on me and wouldn't let me ask my question. When I tried calling back they kept hanging up on me. It says press one for signing up and less two for customer service. If your just gonna tell me this line is for people who haven't signed up yet. Why put it as an option? I wish I could give 0 stars.
