I first connected with Dr. Stevens via her services on the Spring Health platform. She arrived to our first meeting (virtual) 10 minutes late with no message and no acknowledgement or apology. No communication over the course of a month and today was the second appointment for which she no showed again. I dropped this time after 10 minutes because she clearly does not value her client's time.
