DONT GO HERE OR ANY GEISINGER facility. I recently had a vasectomy preformed here and geisinger has charged over 15k for it. My insurance has paid the procedure charge and the Dr fees, but refused to pay a $10,400 facility charge, that has been added for the blessings of using there hospital for 30mins.
This office is part of the hospital. Received a bill for $1,273. One month later received a hospital bill for $10,413. I would not have had procedure done if someone told me it would cost that much. They're a bunch of scammers. I've been going to geisinger my whole life and now I'll be going somewhere else
Had a terrible experience with this provider. She did not listen to my concerns about my health, nor did she to show any interest in speaking with me. I needed a cystoscopy and asked if she was going to use a pre-procedure anesthetic (lidocaine gel) and she said no. It was extremely painful and was much worse then past cystoscopies that I have had. Afterward she spoke with me for no more than 30 seconds to go over the results. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Regardless, I would recommend staying away from this provider.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This was the absolute worst Dr I have ever spoken too. Talked to me like I was incompetent on things I know more than her about. Refused to even acknowledge my thoughts and any type of treatment. Told me she doesn’t believe in the things I do and her views dont align with mine. Refused to help me and told me to talk to an online doctor. She only does this to help her colleagues and she doesn’t like it (straight from her mouth) avoid this person at all costs.
