I pulled up the number on google to make an appointment and saw two bad reviews. Personally, I had a great experience. Yes, the teeth cleaning was a little intense but that's what I wanted and needed. If you just want a mild cleaning you should just do it yourself. My teeth were in much better shape and much cleaner after leaving there. Dr. Jennifer was super nice and very personable. Overall good experience.
The receptionist who I am fairly certain takes care of the price quotes and billing is a complete moron. The bill for work (e.g. fillings) has usually been twice the original quote. This has been the case for all these types of procedures for both me and my wife. So if you go the Dr Terada, get a quote in writing. Also, we are still seeing invoices sent to our insurance company almost two YEARS after the work was performed. For instance, got a note from my insurance company today (2/8/12) for work done on 9/21/11.
