I went to Dr Kootnz as a specialist from my PCP because I had a lot of pain in my right hip all the way to the top of my foot. She gave me steroids for 5 days and she made a appt for the MRI for almost 3 weeks away. So after the 5 days after the steroids I called the office to send pain meds because I was in so much pain. After that she did not call me back for the pain meds. She is a horrible person and a horrible Doctor. Dr. Koontz is so friendly and knowledgeable and wants to make sure she gets the patient the care they need most efficiently without having to jump through a lot of hoops.
Dr. Koontz is very thorough at her occupation. She has a great bedside manner and puts you to ease.
I appreciate Dr. Koontz for her concern for me and for her direct answers and clear communication in person and also on my patient portal.
