I had a wonderful experience receiving IV treatment here. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional. The doctor provided excellent counseling and made me feel informed and comfortable. The chairs were super comfy, and the whole environment was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Made an appointment months in advance (approximately 5-6 months). Only to be cancelled the Friday before my appointment. I made arrangements for this appointment and made work schedule changes. I was upset and the caller simply hung up. They literally waited to call me to notify me of their cancellation 5 min before their office closed. If a patient had to cancel last minute- you would be charged so why can’t patients charge this woman for the last min cancellation?
Stay Away! Fraudulent billing! Unethical practice. I've been a patient for about 2 years and this was the final straw. When you become a new patient it's Dr. Roelands office policy you must leave a credit card on file. In April the office charged my credit card $70.00 for a visit, via zoom. I was overcharged. My insurance explanation of benefits shows I owe the office $40.00 Also, I was seen in February by Dr Roelands via zoom. The office-again billed, incorrectly. Came here thinking this doctor was going to help me. I was proud to be her patient. From the moment After receiving my labs all it was was waiting and waiting. I started IV treatment and didn’t feel better, I was missing something. I had a list of prescriptions only one was given after 2 weeks of calling and asking for it.
