Dr. Ratner went above and beyond to help my father with his hearing issues and entertained all our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and gracious - especially when my determined father unfortunately returned his hearing aids. I wish I could give her more stars and will absolutely seek out her care and recommend to others. Thank you so much for taking the time to meet with us and explain everything in wonderful detail. I am so sorry he did not follow through with your care.
