I had a televisit scheduled yesterday. Before the televisit I was asked to check in. I checked in online and received a message that the check-in was complete. As instructed, I waited to be connected. I received a call from the office, asking me why I hadn’t checked in. I explained to the office person that I had checked in. I had a confirmation. My husband has had 4 strokes. He is doing well. After moving to Gardens I needed a new neurologist. She is excellent .

I get charged $100 of no show fees. Its too much normally the average fee for a missed appointment ranges between $20 and $60. when I tried to reschedule they gave me an appointment in the next two months. This is so ridiculous.
