Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. My 23-year-old daughter was attempting to establish care and only needs a PCP once a year for an annual visit. Her appointment was at 9:30am and she checked in at 9:39am. The doctor refused to see her due to being 9 minutes late, with no flexibility or consideration. For a young adult trying to take responsibility for her health, this felt unnecessarily rigid and discouraging. I would not recommend this provider for young adults.
