Dr. Jen is truly a life saver. I saw her for approximately 5 years while I was dealing with a myriad of issues: depression, a narcissist daughter, and a husband dying of cancer. She asked me reflective questions, gave me exercises to complete, and recommended additional resources to read. She also provided me with hope, compassion, and solutions for the current crises I was experiencing. Her expertise, communication skills, and professionalism are exceptional.
