Dr. Uzomba is by far the best physician I have ever seen! He has an incredible bedside manner, a sincere heart, and a true desire to help. He genuinely values his patients and their lives. His focus is on quality care, and he takes the time to get to the root of the issue. I have never been more satisfied with patient care—I feel extremely safe under his care! The office staff is also compassionate and heartfelt, making the entire experience even better.

No one will return a phone call, only message in MyChart. That’s too much back & forth. You are never seen at your scheduled appointment time then they put you in a room & forget about you. Good luck getting a maintenance med called in, they’ll message you & tell you to go to urgent care. Urgent care doesn’t handle chronic conditions, stop telling patients to go to urgent care! Someone with Piedmont will probably reply to this with “we’re sorry blah blah blah” don’t be sorry, fix the issues. I’ve worked front office & y’all ... read more
