Dr olive is very unprofessional and extremely rude in her unfortunate position of caring for animals. Her ego barely fits through the door. In the past ten years, she has misdiagnosed four (!) of my family pets. I make sure when I call to book, I book with Dr Poling. And if she isn’t available, we will literally go to the emergency vet and spend double before I would let her care for my family.
