She was terrible, saw her twice, both times she kept pressuring me to "go talk with someone" when I am clearly not depressed nor feel the need to talk to someone about my anxiety and my life. I am healthy and happy, and in no way "addicted" to anti anxiety medications, but talking to someone about your anxiety doesn't help... it would make it worse.
