Have not called me back about test results. Should’ve stayed with Mercy. Update: my OBGYN decided to go on vacation without giving me my test result, which resulted in me having to wait a week for blood test results that should’ve taken 1-2 days max. Before my prior OBGYN retired (Dr. Andrea Steven- she is the MOST AMAZING OBGYN I’ve ever had), i would get test results either the day of or the day after. Dr. McDonald was amazing through my pregnancy and helping me navigate a really tough postpartum. I have no words for how much Dr. Wallace helped me after I had my baby, I will leave it at that but the support these two provide is second to none.
In a time of uncertainty, Dr McDonald was calm, kind, experienced, encouraging, and listened to my needs throughout the process. I would recommend her to any patient wanting a good OB/GYN. My baby was born early, my body was stubborn and I was so scared as a first time mom with a family history of inability to progress and emergency c sections. Dr McDonald listened to my desire to go natural and waited to go the c section route as long as possible while still keeping me and my baby safe. She is an angel and deserves an award... read more
