I first walked in a lovely, empty, hot waiting area which had the most repugnant smell with my adult autistic son for a consultation. A woman at the window opened her window, handed me a clip board, then closed the window. I had met Dr Hein 21 years ago when I had plastic surgery for skin cancer repair. Great doc and great office.
I have been considering a facelift for many years and consulting several surgeons along the way. As soon as I met Dr. Hein, I knew she was the one. When I left my initial appointment, I was comfortable with the procedure, the timing, and most of all the doctor. My surgery was 12 days ago and I could NOT be more pleased with the results. There was minimal pain, bruising or disruption to my life. Best of all, I look in the mirror and I see myself now. What a wonderful thing. Thank you, Dr. Hein!
