We were fine until she discovered she couldn't help us and then she dropped us like a hot potato. Neither she nor her office felt the need to call and tell us she wasn't going to see us again. It's pitiful when doctors fail you and don't have the courage to take responsibility for the failure. And getting her and her so-called coordinator on the phone is a nightmare.
She is so thoughtful and caring, listens to your problem and offers multiple solutions.
The new pain med you prescribed for me works perfectly. I could kiss you! Took 1 pill and an hour or so later my pain went from 8 to 3. I appreciate your help instead of making me sound like some kind of addict. Mr H
Dr Burns performs services adequately. Communication with her office is a nightmare. Very Cold and non-empathetic bordering on incidious power trip. Promised phone calls never delivered. Because of this I missed critical work days and spent a couple weekends in excruciating pain. Switched Doctors because of it and glad I did.
I had spinal surgery 10 years ago and have had lower back problems and pain for several years now and Dr. Burns has treated me without narcotics (per my request) and has kept me up and walking. She is a very kind and understanding doctor and she tries to keep all her appointments on time.
